Hotels and accommodation projects have been part of our wheelhouse since we were established in 2005. These projects have ranged from large flat renovations, apartment redevelopments in heritage buildings and boutique hotels.
Feldspar recently won a DCC Heritage award for The Chamberson Hotel, a boutique hotel in central Dunedin, and also a distinction at the National 2019 Property Council Awards.
