469 Moray Place Redevelopment

Feldspar worked with the Client to develop the old RSA in Moray Place. This was a multi staged consent as tenants were signed up and the building was progressively strengthened and bought up to code. Feldspar worked closely with council to manage a long staged consent and ensure delivery of the final Code Compliance Certificate.
