Feldspar has been progressively developing the Robbie complex for over 10 years with the client. This has included earthquake strengthening, fire protection, asbestos removal and redevelopment of the upper floors into apartments. This has been particularly challenging working around existing hospitality and retail tenants while continuing to keep them operating.
