Leslie Groves Stage 8 Redevelopment and Boiler Installation

Feldspar oversaw the design and construction of the final Stage 8 works at Leslie Groves. This included an addition to the aged cared facility to create a new bedroom and amenity wing. Included in the project was the establishment of a new heating source for the complex. This included feasibility investigation into source options, selection and construction and installation of a 2 new pellet Boiler units and ancillary equipment.
