Allenton Medical Centre

The scope of this project included the development of a new Medical Centre at Allens Road, Ashburton. It contains 16 consult rooms, a triage area, two treatment rooms, supporting area for admin, nurses, and back stage write up areas for GPs. Separate tenants include a physio and pharmacy.

Feldspar began working with the Client at the design phase establishing project governance, overseeing total project budget and scope. Then managed project though tender and construction and completion.
