Cumberland College Redevelopment

Feldspar Associates provided end-to-end project leadership for the initial stage of the Cumberland College refurbishment at the University of Otago. This large-scale, staged redevelopment required precise planning and execution to deliver within short summer construction windows while maintaining ongoing operations. Feldspar led the development of a highly coordinated delivery strategy and oversaw construction through to completion, maintaining strong control of programme, quality, and stakeholder interfaces.
